Nicholas Ooi Boon Seng is co-founder of Ooi & Ooi. He experienced in dispute resolution and corporate transactions.
Nicholas is the Co-Founder and heads the litigation practice at Ooi & Ooi.
Nicholas is a highly experienced litigator with a diverse practice, specialising in complex commercial and construction disputes, public law, and financial and regulatory litigation.
Nicholas has a strong reputation for representing clients in civil fraud, securities litigation — including derivatives — and public interest litigation. He also represents the Central Bank of Malaysia in anti-money laundering enforcement actions.
His written submissions have been praised by the Malaysian judiciary, with the Court of Appeal describing them as “quite clearly explained” and the High Court commending them as “succinctly captured and “aptly put by counsel.”
